Buying & inventory
Where is Mitsubishi Lévis located?
At 3000 boul. Wilfrid-Carrier in Lévis (QC), about 15 minutes from the Quebec City bridge. We serve Lévis, Quebec City, Sainte-Foy, Boischatel, Charny, Saint-Nicolas and the whole South Shore.
Do you deliver vehicles to homes?
No. All transactions and delivery happen at the Mitsubishi Lévis dealership. You pick up your vehicle on site, ready to hit the road.
Test drive
How do I book a test drive?
By phone at (418) 835-6161 or via the test drive page. Drives are free, usually same day, behind the wheel of the Outlander PHEV, Outlander, Eclipse Cross or RVR.
Financing & leasing
Do you offer financing and leasing?
Yes. Financing is available on new, demonstrator and used vehicles. Leasing is available on new models eligible for the Mitsubishi Canada promotions in effect in Quebec. The loan calculator estimates your monthly payment.
My credit file is difficult, can I still buy?
Yes. Mitsubishi Lévis's 2nd-chance auto credit program, in partnership with Prêt Auto Québec, helps rebuild your credit. An advisor submits your application to several lenders.
Trade-in
Do you take my used vehicle as a trade-in?
Yes, any brand. The Mitsubishi Lévis team appraises your trade-in for free and applies it to your next Mitsubishi. We'll also buy your vehicle even without a purchase.
Warranty
What is the base Mitsubishi warranty?
Electronics 3 years / 60,000 km, mechanical 5 years / 100,000 km, powertrain 10 years / 160,000 km. The Outlander PHEV hybrid system is covered 8 years / 160,000 km.
Is the extended warranty worth it?
Yes. Repair costs and embedded electronics keep rising. A central computer costs $8,000 to $15,000, more than a 7-year plan at $3,999 + taxes. See the warranty page for details.
Maintenance
How often should I service my Mitsubishi?
Every 6,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first. The major service falls at 48,000 km then 96,000 km. Service is done at Mitsubishi Lévis with genuine parts and factory-trained technicians.
Outlander PHEV
What's the electric range of the Outlander PHEV?
The 2026 Outlander PHEV offers enough 100% electric range for daily city driving, with a gas engine as a range extender for long distances — zero range anxiety.
Do I have to plug in the Outlander PHEV every day?
No, but the more you plug it in, the more you drive electric and save. Charging works on a standard 120V outlet or a 240V station (much faster).
Lease-end protection
How do I avoid lease-end fees?
The lease-end protection program covers excess mileage and abnormal wear. Taken out before lease end, it can save thousands of dollars. See the lease-end protection page.
